Mental health care for children, adolescents, adults & families

Where understanding takes shape.

Pillar & Mind Clinic is a mental health practice that takes the time to understand what’s happening, what has shaped it and what matters to you, then turns that understanding into practical, personalised support.

Our approach

Because there’s always more to understand.

Understand first

We take the time to understand what is happening, what has shaped it and what matters to you before deciding what support looks like.

Support shaped around you

Care is personalised and evidence-informed, adapted to each person’s age, strengths, culture and circumstances, not just their symptoms.

Collaborative care

With your consent, we work alongside GPs, schools, paediatricians and other professionals so support is joined-up and practical.

Getting started

Three simple steps.

You can book directly as a private client, or see your GP first for a Mental Health Treatment Plan so your sessions are bulk billed.

  1. Book or enquire

Book online through Halaxy, or send an enquiry and we’ll arrange a time. A GP referral is optional, but with a Mental Health Treatment Plan your sessions are bulk billed.

  2. Complete a short intake form

You’ll receive a secure intake form so we can understand your situation and goals before we meet.

  3. Your first session

We take the time to understand what’s happening and agree a plan together, including how often we meet and what support looks like.

Ready when you are

Take the first step towards feeling supported.

Book an appointment online, or send us an enquiry and we will help you work out the right next step, whether that is for you, your child or someone you support.
