Mental health support for adults.
Providing support for mental health conditions, emotional difficulties, relationships and everyday life challenges. You don’t need a diagnosis, a crisis or a referral to start. If something is affecting your wellbeing, it matters.
Because there’s always more to understand.
Support for what you’re carrying.
Adult life brings its own pressures: work, relationships, parenting, health, and the expectations we place on ourselves. We support adults with a broad range of mental health concerns, from anxiety and depression to trauma, burnout, emotional regulation and the experience of being neurodivergent in a world not built for it.
People often reach out when…
- You’ve been feeling anxious, flat or on edge for longer than you’d like
- Stress from work, study, caregiving or finances is becoming hard to carry
- Past experiences are still affecting how you feel, sleep or relate to others
- You’ve recently been diagnosed with ADHD or autism, or wonder whether you might be neurodivergent
- Relationships, parenting or family dynamics feel stuck or overwhelming
- Something has changed, such as a loss, a move, a health issue, and you’re struggling to adjust
What to expect from therapy.
-
Initial consultation
A longer first session to understand what is happening, your history, and what you want to be different. We’ll talk through options and agree a plan together.
-
Ongoing sessions
Regular sessions, usually weekly or fortnightly to begin with, using evidence-informed approaches such as CBT, ACT, trauma-informed and compassion-focused strategies, tailored to you.
-
Review and consolidate
We regularly check what is helping, adjust the plan, and space sessions out as you build confidence and skills you can rely on beyond therapy.
Telehealth, wherever you are
Secure video sessions from home or work, Australia-wide. Many adults find telehealth easier to fit around busy lives, and it is just as effective for most concerns.
Community-based appointments
Within our service area we can meet in person at home or another suitable setting, which can help when getting to a clinic is a barrier.
Bulk billing with a Mental Health Treatment Plan
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your GP eligible sessions are bulk billed with no out-of-pocket fee, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Without a plan, Medicare card holders pay a $100 gap fee per session, and private sessions are $190.
